I’m passionate about solving complex customer problems using a combination of collaboration, deep research, efficient methodology, and holistic, thoughtful design. I’m interested in a leadership or player/coach position at an organization that provides meaningful, impactful solutions to their end users.
About
I’m currently Director of UI/UX at mParticle, a customer data platform startup. We help companies like Spotify, Airbnb, NBC Universal, and others with many customer touchpoints unify their different data streams and easily connect that data to their adtech stacks. I collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on problem definition, scoping, ideation, and solution validation.
My previous title was Creative Director, where as an early hire I led the design of not just our brand and marketing collateral but the UI/UX design of our complex data-heavy web app. Before mParticle I was an Art Director at a small digital production agency called Bossa, where I got to produce a variety of digital experiences for clients like Hyundai, Coke, Lexus, and Sony.
In my next role I’m interested in a leadership position within a growing company that provides a meaningful service to its end users with many complex problems to solve. Healthcare, Real Estate, and Consumer Finance are examples of industries that can be tricky to navigate as a user and are ripe for improved customer experience. I’m currently based in Brooklyn, NY, but I am open to remote work or relocation.
