ONE48 is a luxury real estate development located in the Flatiron area of Manhattan. I was responsible for creating the look and feel of the brand. The elements included refinement of the existing logo, brochure package, stationery system, website, signage, e-blasts, banner ads, floor plan template and fact sheet for the building. After only 6 months on the market, all but three of the 55 units have been sold.
